Tim Is Back On The Air-Waves

Tim Rosso sat down with The Daily Telegraph this week to chat about his return to radio through his new show at Mix 106.5.
He said the early time-slot of the show, which he co-hosts with fellow comedian Claire Hooper, should be no issue. He has a young son through his marriage to Michelle Glew, so Rosso (pictured with Michelle) is familiar with early mornings and little sleep.
"Sleep becomes something that is a distant memory, so it's much easier," he said.
In fact, the early slot has its benefits.
"This is a fantastic job for a parent I've discovered - you miss the get up and muck around but I'm home by midday and then I've got the whole afternoon and then bath time and tea time and then we go to bed about the same time together."
Claire and Rosso also had a chat in January with Sydney's Inner West Courier, with Claire offering more than a few kind words.
"In terms of on air, he's got the attitude you can only have when you're really experienced and confident," she said of Rosso.
Tim returned the favour.
"I've enjoyed sharing the stand-up stage with Claire over the last couple of years and am looking forward to having a great time together on our radio show," he said.
