Miranda Kerr recently appeared in a Japanese commercial promoting an iced tea.
In the ad, Miranda stands in the middle of a leather-clad saloon, with assorted clientele casually seated. She is dressed in a small red and yellow dress and has her right leg propped up on a stool. Staring into the camera she begins to sing the Japanese theme song for Lipton Limone iced tea.
It is a fun, quirky ad and is only one amongst several appointments Miranda has been rushing between throughout 2012. It has not been a slow year for the Victoria's Secret model.
She is currently strutting the catwalk at the Paris Fashion Week, including appearing with beaded eyebrows.
Earlier in the year, Miranda dressed up as Wonder Woman for the front cover of Grazia magazine. She gave the American symbol a distinctly Australian twist, which seemed reasonable as it was the Australia Day issue.
Then there was Valentine's Day, when she appeared at a David Jones store in Sydney to publicise her organic skincare range, Kora Organics.
She was there signing cards, but there was a catch. You had to first purchase at least two Kora items before anything would be signed.
Miranda also opened up to The (Sydney) Magazine about her changing concerns, saying: "the priority now is to make sure I have enough time with the family as well."
"It's funny, because I just still want to be with my son all of the time, like, I miss him for a minute."
During February there was also talk that Miranda would potentially become the new host of Australia's Next Top Model.
At the David Jones autumn/winter parade, fashion designer Alex Perry – who judges on the show – said Miranda would be an excellent host.
Becoming the new host would certainly make her year even busier. It would also not be easy, at least if Megan Gale's comments are true.
