Love is never easy: Fiona O’Loughlin recently spoke out about her split from her husband, while Seal has chatted about the help of song to recover from his recent woes.

Seal speaking about singing and his split Fiona O’Loughlin has revealed the future of her marriage is "still such an unknown." She recently split from husband Chris.

The comedian and mother of five chatted with The Daily Telegraph about the rocky times, noting plans to move from Alice Springs to Melbourne.

"I was travelling about 80 per cent of the year so I've got myself a little place in Melbourne to cut down the travel," she said. "I don't think people realise the toll the travel took on me and my family."

It's not all relationship blues. Fiona, who admitted to alcoholism in 2009, is set to tour the various Australian comedy festivals, with sell-out gigs in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.

"I feel like I've just taken another big step forward in stand-up and lightened it up," she said. "I was really happy with my last tour but it was fairly heavy because it was all about the disgrace of my drinking."

Meanwhile, Seal (pictured) has spoken of the power of song to help him recover after the turbulence of his split from model Heidi Klum.

Talking on the TV show A Current Affair, he said music literally saved his life, adding: "Have you any idea how much of a relief that provides to be able to sing about whatever it is you are going through?"
