You can (and should!) enjoy the Glowing Green Smoothie every day for better health.

Maintaining a healthy overall diet and lifestyle are critical to achieving your body goals, but adding this tasty and nutritious smoothie to your diet is a great first step. Kimberly Snyder says, "I recommend having the Glowing Green Smoothie every day for breakfast because it’s such an easy way to make sure that your body is always detoxing. It’s packed with more fruits and veggies than most people would get in an entire day. Plus, it will give you a huge boost of energy that you wouldn’t get from a standard breakfast."

The Glowing Green Smoothie


  • 1-1/2 cups of water
  • 1 head of organic romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3-4 stalks of organic celery
  • 1/2 head of a large bunch of spinach or 3/4 of a small bunch
  • 1 organic apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 organic pear, cored and chopped
  • 1 organic banana
  • Juice of 1/2 a fresh organic lemon


  • 1/3 bunch of organic coriander (stems are okay)
  • 1/3 bunch of organic parsley (stems are okay)


  1. Add the water and chopped head of romaine in a blender. Blend at a low speed until smooth.
  2. Add the celery, apple and pear and blend at a high speed.
  3. Add the coriander and parsley, and finish with the banana and lemon juice. Continue to blend at a high speed until smooth.
